I saw this guy, and it reminded me that I conducted “Carnival of the Animals” several times, so I had to paint him. He’s so regal and serene!

This guy caught my eye because of his colors.

put a splash of color on a plain wall and see what happens to the atmosphere in the room. I love Fall for this very reason.

This group of trees in Midway, Utah looks like they’re lined up for morning rollcall.

Seeing things like this is what makes going to the forests so very exciting.

Rather than scrape the paint from my pallette, after finishing a piece, I use the knife to make another painting. This is the result.
